Student Life

Student life at Trafton is diverse, fun, stimulating, and educational outside of the classroom.

Throughout the year the school hosts a number of events such as Chili Cook-Off, Book Fair, or Fall Carnival where students, family, and faculty can get to know each other outside of class.

Trafton believes that educational field trips are an important part of reinforcing a child's education.  From local field trips to cross-country excursions to visit some of our nation's most important and historical areas, Trafton believes in seeing the world first hand.

Trafton also has numerous extracurricular organizations and clubs, or activities for students including Photography Club and Book Club, The Trafton Tribune, our student-produced newspaper, and the opportunity to compete in academic competitions such as the Duke Talent Search, Private School Interscholastic Association (PSIA) Competition, the Scripps National Spelling Bee, and a Geography Bee.
