The faculty at Trafton is committed to providing a strong academically challenging curriculum in a nurturing environment. Trafton Academy is accredited by the Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS).

Application Process

In order for a student to be considered for admission, we must have the following items:

-Completed application form

-Math evaluation form (this must be completed by your child’s current math teacher. Please do not give the form to the teacher until the end of the first grading period. The teacher should mail or fax the form to our office.)

-Reading evaluation form (this must be completed by your child’s current reading teacher. Please do not give the form to the teacher until the end of the first grading period. The teacher should mail or fax the form to our office.)

-Two years of achievement testing results.

-Student interview and/or student visit.

Weekly school tours will begin in the month of September. Please call the admissions office at 713-723-5888 to make a reservation for a school tour. The tours are designed for parents and guardians only. All tours begin at 9:30 AM. Please meet in the admissions office located at 10500 Cliffwood.

Student Visits
Student visits are offered to prospective students by appointment only. The student visit is from 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM. We are pleased to offer this opportunity to our applicants. It is our hope that they will experience the academic excellence offered as well as the “family environment” that makes us unique.
