In order for a student to be considered for admission, we must have the following items:

A. Completed application

B. Math teacher evaluation form - This must be completed by your child’s current math teacher. Please do not give the form to the teacher until the end of the first grading period. The teacher should mail or fax the form to our office.

C. English teacher evaluation form - This must be completed by your child’s current English teacher. Please do not give the form to the teacher until the end of the first grading period. The teacher should mail or fax the form to our office.

D. Two years of achievement testing results.

E. Student interview and/or student visit.

Friday, March 2, 2012, is the deadline for applications to be considered for the first round of acceptances. Appications received after this date will be considered for any remaining openings.
